Oh yeah I broke a bone executing a back kick in taekwondo, I landed on my ankle & busted the base of the bone on the 5th metatarsal. This is not my foot just an example of the break.

5th metatarsal, Avulsion Fracture
Oh yeah I broke a bone executing a back kick in taekwondo, I landed on my ankle & busted the base of the bone on the 5th metatarsal. This is not my foot just an example of the break.
